The young Wulf XIII is placed on the throne of the Kingdom of Reinhart following the violent death of his father at the hands of a coup by the nobility. He is given instructions to immediately end the economic policies instituted by his father and offer an unreserved apology and reparations to the Guild of Coiners & Moneyers so that the 'Great Famine' will end.
