Flash Charge
Small clay vessel full of a bright yellow powder, stoppered shut, often marked with the emblem of a sun. When thrown on the ground or against a hard surface the Flash Charge breaks and emits a pulse of blinding light. They are often used by thieves guilds, criminal organisations, or desperate adventuring parties to try and give them a quick getaway.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
When thrown on the ground or against a hard surface the Flash Charge breaks and emits a pulse of blinding light. The only sound made is the breaking of the clay. All creatures within 15ft must roll a constitution saving throw. On a failed save they count as blinded (unless immune) for 5 minutes, on a successful save for 2 minutes.
If used against light sensitive creatures, inflicts 1d10 radiant damage on a failed constitution save, 1d6 on a successful save.
Flash Charges can be attached to arrows.
