Jherik, Reaper of Cinders

For chromatic dragons in Tylenor, there is no greater source of pride than being so feared, so positively reviled, that you have been given a name by those you hunt. For Jherik then, there is a lot to be proud of. An ancient red dragon born millennia ago, Jherik is by far one of the most feared beings on the Eastern continent, and for good reason.
Jherik has a rare gift for inspiring terror. many of his scales deviate from the classic crimson red that betray his heritage; some glow orange like embers, and some have become ashen white, supposedly discoloured because his grisly hoarde of treasures lies underneath a massive pile of ash, the remains of those who tried to steal from or defy him.
So Terrifying was Jherik, and the other dragons in the Iasor region, that a group of mages led by Hanrahan Lotraen used a patch of the old weave to will into existence a great wall that spans the border of Iasor's 4 neighboring kingdoms , enchanted that no dragon may fly over it. it has a 99.9 percent success rate, but there is one known exception.
Jherik, being the chosen of the god of terror Karphot, is not held by the wall. every few years he'll fly over the wall to bring ruin, and every time, the kingdoms have a harder and harder time driving him back to the barren landscape from whence he came.
