Summary

Great dragon who lives at the bottom of Lake Biwa and acts as guardian to the Suitengu Society. Mizuchi is truly ancient, and has protected the Society since it first came into being as the main representative body of the lake's inhabitants. He currently has a draconic bond to its leader, Tokku-hime, and has sworn to always keep her safe.
Though he takes his oath of guardianship very seriously, Mizuchi has long ago grown tired of the mortal world. He spends most of his time in an uninhabited mirror realm created from the likeness of Lake Biwa, only emerging when he is needed or summoned. Just like the lake, he is vast, unknowable, and patient. Most mortal beings are too transient for him to form lasting relationships with, so he rarely shows more of his personality than this to anyone he interacts with.
His hobbies are centered around exploring the intricacies of water magic in his mirrored world.
