Varkin, Noble
Varkins from one of the noble merchant families of the Alfur Freeholds and famed for their charm and ruthlessness in equal measure.
• Noble Magic: Noble varkins add +1 to the saving throw DCs for their spells and spell-like abilities of the enchantment school. In addition, a noble varkin with a Charisma score of 11 or higher gain the following spell-like ability (the caster level is equal to their character level): 1/day – charm person. This racial trait replaces Observant.
• Silver Tongued: Noble varkins gain a +2 bonus on Bluff and Diplomacy checks. In addition, when they use Diplomacy to shift a creature’s attitude, they can do so up to three steps up rather than just two. This racial trait replaces Varkin Magic.
