Tarrans born to or descendants of air-aligned Matriarchs who have manifested the ability to heal from wounds after being exposed to electricity and who are adept at fighting aerial opponents.

• Sky Sentinel: Stormborn tarrans gain a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls, a +2 dodge bonus to AC, and a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks against flying creatures. In addition, enemies on higher ground gain no attack roll bonus against them. This racial trait replaces Multitalented and Clawed Limbs.
• Storm in the Blood: Stormborn tarrans gain fast healing 2 for 1 round anytime they take electricity damage (whether or not this electricity damage overcomes their electricity resistance, if any). They can heal up to 2 hit points per level per day with this ability, after which it ceases to function. This racial trait replaces Dragonscourge.
