Geography

Among the many blazing lights of Trinity's peaceful night skies, there is one that burns brighter than any other: The Eye of Elanil (El-an-il). This star has burned brightest since the dawn of time, and, as if willed by the god Elanil herself, points directly north from whomever views it.

History

Many millennium ago, when the three gods where anointing their successors to govern the world of both people and beasts alike, the young Elvish woman Elanil was selected to be the goddess of the stars. With the sisters blessing, Elanil was first tasked to paint the night sky, filling it to the brim with stories and histories of which the world had yet to see. Not dislike the strokes of a brush, Elanil filled the night sky with lines and curves of many shapes, sizes and styles - creating the stories she had so wished to tell during her short life on Trinity. These lines boomed several suns and stars to life, filling the once dull sky with a thousand twinkling stars. At the very top of her canvas, she left her signature - a bright, twinkling star that pointed pure north, surrounded by smaller celestial bodies that was shaped to give volume to the sheer size of her mark. It was at the northernmost point of Trinity that the temple of Elanil was to be founded, a land blanketed in silver sands and snowy peaks.

Tourism

The eye of Elanil guides all who follow her home, it is an aspiration to complete the great pilgrimage at least once in a lifetime through the heavy snowfall and blizzards of the temples home. Often its spoken that ones belief would be trifled and tested, but if it was pure and strong no adversity would stand in the way of ones journey along the path to the Eye of Elanil. Whilst the Eye itself is not a leisurely tourism locale, the people it guides north is far and wide, with a survivalists first lesson taught to often be that Elanil guides the way north.
