Krabash Zo Kurr

Krabash Zo Kurr has been the Mayor of Wayward Roost for many years now. He has led the settlement through raider attacks and phenomena of the plane, both natural and unnatural. His leadership has not always been perfect, but he has proven a wise and thoughtful individual. He came close to giving up the position when his wife died eight years ago, leaving him to raise his daughter alone. When Detritus faced a planequake that left many injured, he stepped up to keep the morale of the citizens high and restore Wayward Roost to business as usual so it could serve as a gathering point for any left hurt or destitute by the planequake.
There have been challengers over the years who have run against Krabash, but none of them have managed to win over the hearts and minds of the people of Wayward Roost.
These days, he is the first to admit that he is growing long in the tooth and should step back from the role. The next most likely candidate for the position of Mayor is Nenyo, an Elf merchant recently arrived from another plane who is running on a platform of expansion, something Krabash has resisted for years.
Of course, it is a point of pride to Zo Kurr that his own daughter, Kurri Zo Karrash, has become more of an activist recently, championing the rights of those who are less fortunate in Wayward Roost even to her own father. There is even talk that she might run against Nenyo in the Mayoral race.
