Gunther-Vogel Spellbook Company
Structure
The company is always supervised and ruled By a female descendant of the Gunther-Vogel family, a rule created by the original owner, Marion Gunther Volgel III. Then bellow her you have people that deal with finances, personal logistics, etc... A position that is different from normal companies is the spellfinders, people that go around the plane looking for spellmakers with interesting spells worth copying and selling for the public.
Public Agenda
Gunter-Vogel's main goal is to make the improvement of arcane's lives by making useful spells reach every corner of the country, that before her Arcane Transcription spell some places in the plane didn't even know what now are basic spells, like Dial, or even simple light spells.
Assets
Gunter-Vogel has offices in every major city in the plane, but it's main headquarters is in Boltzae. It has a working force of almost one million workers, being one of the largest employers in the plane. Also, their main vault for spellbooks, called Pretorius, is hidden somewhere in the plane, and it is believed to be the largest collection of spellbooks, although some wealthy person here and there always tries to refute that, saying theirs are larger.
History
In about 25 A.S. (after the schism of the first country), it was becoming more and more impractical to teach a growing population, in all four countries. So as a solution, an arcane of the name Marion Gunther Vogel I, in 25 A.S. a young student of a Helian arcane college, studying to become a soldier, like most women of her family. That was never her wish, she taught her talents would be wasted spreading violence as a soldier. So she left college, her family disowned her and she became a teacher in a small school in a skyfishing village in the border.
She could not help herself but be amazed by the precarious conditions young people had to live through in school, and learn proper magic. Learning magic requires space for practice, lots of attention and precise symbols to be used, but learning these in such a crowded place was near impossible. Arcane Transcriptioncircumstances would take two or three years. Seeing the success of her spell, she picked some of her students that did not wish to go into college, and in the Helian capital they made the first spellbook copying warehouse, and in 35 A.S. Gunther-Vogel Spellbook Company was an Interplanar name with warehouses and stores in every major city or settlement,even with governmental contracts for specific spells.
