Civilisation still reels a thousand years after the disappearance of the gods at the time of The Sundering. Their influence and power still linger and the world has fallen into disarray.   A forest created from the only known death resulting from the Sundering, the northern Forests of the Wild Grove flourish amongst the remains of Melora. While deep inside lies a hidden sanctuary housing the only known door to the Feywild, protected portals, Orphans and Foxes, known as the Verdant Door.
