Avatars and the Balance

In the story of the First who came from the ocean, all three of the gods appeared. This was to create a balance of Good, Neutral, and Evil. This balance must be maintained at all times.
When one deity makes a personal appearance in the world, they affect the world toward their nature. To keep the proper balance, the other two must also make an appearance. To avoid this problem, each god exerts their will to create a messenger as a representative.
