Lust of the Plunder

The Lust of the Plunder is a Lizardfolk Pirate Ship for the band of pirates known as the Harem Horde. It is both feared and laughed at by those in the Abral Islands, and especially by the Kamejin navy.

Karamaru

The Lust of the Plunder was once a Kamejin warship named Karamaru, but was captured by the Harem Horde while it was on shore leave. As the crew of the Karamaru was drinking and enjoying their time off of the high seas, Lizher the Nightmare led a boarding party onto the ship to take it for the crew, with Lizbean the Fake, Brusk the Handsome, Acorzasz the Immovable, and Dismal the Covetous.
Captain Zuzk the Reaper by genuinetrickster
All the while, Captain Zuzk the Reaper led the remaining members of the crew to take out the sailors who owned the ship as they partied. Roz the Just played music to distract them and Talrus Fibula made them food, some of which being poisoned. Those that were not killed by the poison were taken out by the remaining member of the crew: Kuxkok the Bountiful. Anything valuable on them, alongside maps of the nearby waters, were taken with the Harem Horde onto the ship.   Karamaru references the shell of Kamejin as well as the hull of the ship. It likens the two things to each other, with the hull itself being considered like the shell of the Kamejin. Something sturdy that houses the essentials of life.

Ship Description

The Lust of the Plunder is made of wood from trees harvested from the Lizardfolk swamps.
Lizher the Nightmare by Jarhed
Carved into the hull of the ship is the name of the ship: Karamaru. It is carved in the Kamejin alphabet.   Of course, the Harem Horde could not let it stay this way. After all, the ship no longer belonged to the Kamejin.   Zuzk then took red paint, which he thought looked like blood, and painted a new name on it. He wanted it to look like blood as a warning to ships that his crew would raid. He painted it feverishly in rough strokes made not with a brush, but with his hand covered in paint. He painted the ship with its name and christened it "The Lust of the Plunder."   There are many things carved into the hull of the ship alongside the name. Some notable examples include Lizher the Nightmare and Brusk the Handsome's names, written to the best of Lizher's abilities while being unable to read. Therefore, it reads as if it says
"Lizwhore x Broch"
Alongside this are other carvings, like Kuxkok the Bountiful's kill count, which is reaching absurdly concerning levels, or profane depictions of obscene imagery.   Paint is then spread about the exterior of the ship because the crew had no better use for the paint they had.

The Helm

The Helm is where the wheel is located that steers the ship. This is were one is most likely to find Dismal the Covetous as he pilots the ship. Brusk the Handsome can often be found here as well helping to navigate.

The Crows Nest

Above the ship, atop the main mast, is a hub for the navigator of the ship to see anything that is incoming. Therefore, this is Brusk the Handsome's most likely location to be found, even over the Helm. That is, if one does not take into account that Lizher the Nightmare would take Brusk away from his post quite often.

Gundeck

This is the location of all cannons on the ship, where one would be most likely to find Acorzasz the Immovable. He loves all of the cannons there and has named each and every one of them.

Mess Hall

This is where the Harem Horde eats their meals, cooked by Talrus Fibula. They have a large table that can fit them and some few guests or hostages if necessary. It is often necessary.

Kitchen

There is a small kitchen connected to the Mess Hall, where Talrus makes meals for the crew.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms aboard the Lust of the Plunder. Two of them are rooms that can fit two people in large beds. Often they are for couples who wish to be intimate on the ship. For this, Captain Zuzk gets his own room most of the time which he may share with someone on the crew. Lizher gets the second one often so she can be with Brusk. Any paying guests on the ship like Stingal Rozen are given one of these rooms for the journey they take aboard the Lust of the Plunder.

The Harem Horde

The Harem Horde is a pirate crew known best for being exactly what the name implies: a harem centered around their captain, Zuzk the Reaper. Each member of the crew is involved romantically or otherwise with another member for the most part, save for their newest addition, the former Kamejin naval officer Ogura Jun. Ogura is still mourning the loss of her wife.   The members of the Harem Horde include:
  • Zuzk the Reaper- Captain of the ship and the one who gathered those of the harem together. A charming fellow, the rest of his crew does most of the fighting.
  • Lizher the Nightmare- Quartermaster of the crew and second in command, Lizher leads all boarding parties, is in charge of all treasure, and has a particular infatuation with Brusk the Handsome. She is often hungry, and will eat anything.
  • Lizbean the Fake- Boatswain of the crew, Lizbean is third in command and is in charge of all personnel along with taking care of the hull of the ship. She is also a tsundere who tries to make it seem like she does not care for her crewmates when, in fact, she does. This may have something to do with her nature as a chameleon, as she fakes many things like her true colors, also wearing a fake beard as she fakes her emotions towards her crewmates.
  • Acorzasz the Immovable- Gunner of the crew, Acorzasz is a stoic man who speaks in third person and has a fascination with cannons. Has a thing for showy deaths.
  • Kuxkok the Bountiful- Surgeon of the crew, Kuxkok is a medic who remembers everyone he kills. This number is quite large, as he is believed to have the highest kill-count of the horde. Unlike the name suggests, he is not bountiful in the places where it matters, but makes up for it in fighting prowess and insanity.
  • Brusk the Handsome- Navigator of the crew, Brusk always tells the crew which direction they need to go in to get where they need to go. He is full of himself most of the time, but is submissive to Lizher.
  • Dismal the Covetous- Helmsman of the crew, Dismal steers the ship at the wheel and steals from other ships when he can. He is a well known thief.
  • Talrus Fibula- Chef of the crew, Talrus Fibula was a Lizardman who died many years prior to the formation of the crew. He was brought back by the Lich known as Von Lichter, but he then defied Von Lichter and was found by Zuzk.
  • Roz the Just- Musician of the crew and one of the few level heads on the ship, Roz is relatively peaceful and passive compared to many others on the crew, preferring to just play music when she can and resolve situations without killing. She is a storyteller, loving to hear stories from everyone and tells bedtime stories through songs.
  • Ogura Jun- The newest recruit and only Kamejin on the crew, Ogura Jun was a former member of the Kamejin navy who fought against the Harem Horde, but was recruited. Her wife was killed by Kuxkok, but she is learning to forgive him as he "atones." She is more logical and rational compared to the rest of the crew, so she is out of her depth on board the ship.
As for the rest of the crew? They sleep in a joint bedroom where they all sleep together, sometimes in a large clump or clumps. It is described by them as surprisingly comforting and nice for a pile of bodies atop wood and hay.

Store Room

This is where all treasures are stored. Lizher, the Quartermaster, often is in charge of this, but Dismal the Covetous will try and get involved with it as well. Lizher has to keep the treasure guarded.

Gangplank

Used for boarding, throwing people off of it, and another activity that begins with the word gang, the gangplank is the central fixture of the deck on the Lust of the Plunder.
