Listed below are family trees of major families in Totania, following for the most part their main branches.
Gods
While not all Gods are actually related, each are said by some to be part of a larger family of Gods. Some religions assume there is a being that has taken all the Gods in as one group, while others say there is no great connection between the Gods. The term "God Master" is not known by any mortals on Totania.
Nerifir
The Nerifirs are the royal family of High Elves. The family line has split many times, causing there to be quite a few in the Elven Kingdom who do carry royal blood. However, Daeric is the last officially recognized King, with his two bastard sons, the full-blooded Quothas and the Half-Elven Lorenas, both claiming the throne after Daeric's death.
Tilrak
The Tilraks are one of the most prominent
Draconian families, and its current head
Nalrik Tilrak is a prominent figure on the world stage, like his father
Fepar Tilrak before him.
Lusisce
The Lusisces are a famous High Elven family that takes great pride in their connections to the man who drove the Orcs out of Elven territory, Galgeon Lusisce. They often run off of a matrilineal structure.
Cobath
The Cobaths are a founding High Elven family who then betrayed the High Elves to form the Dark Elven society. There are two branches, and the one listed here is the High Elven family that was left behind.
Law-Susk
The Laws and the Susks are two families tied together by
Rosenthal Nutsk and
Barlow Law, siblings who each had their own families that ended up in prominent positions, either
Court Wizard or Head Priest.
Shinebright
The Shinebright family is an Elven family that is known for long lifespans and for being considered "menaces" during these long periods of life. The Glirdog family is known for being troublemakers and pranksters.
Orinian
The Orinian family is known for its proximity to the Elven guard, also being one of the first families to move to the village of
Waire when it was refounded to house refugees.
Durzire
The founding family of
Yirthum and a prominent
Draconian noble family.
