Prince Namoh

Prince Namoh (a.k.a. Sir Amoh)

Never have I come to a place so far from everything I knew, and felt so much at home.
— Prince Namoh
Prince Namoh, sixth prince of the Lomian Empire. That was once his title. Credited as the 'discoverer' of Tosormi, he led the expedition that would lead to the Lomian Empire ruling over Tosormi for over a century.   But this was never his own idea. From the first day of setting foot in Tosormi, Namoh fell in love with the continent, and in fact, he never left it again. As his nation invaded, enslaving the native population and forcing their ideals on them, prince Namoh wept for them. He cursed his own role in these events and prayed that he would live long enough to be able to help Tosormi.   Turns out, the deity of time itself, Shidar, was listening as he did not like this change of events either. They made a deal: Namoh would become a faithful servant of Shidar, and in turn Shidar would make sure Namoh would live long enough to see how everything turns out in Tosormi.

Leader of the Keepers

Namoh was Shidar's first servant in these times. Soon, others followed and former what is now the Keepers of Time. While never officially a member of the organization, Namoh became the person the Keepers would come to when they needed more help.   As time went on, it became apparent that Namoh was not aging. This just improved his position as leader of the Keepers, as he was the only one who would know everything. It was never a position he wanted to have, but he could not deny other servants of Shidar, and slowly he gave in and became what he himself calls an advisor for the Keepers. It is with Namoh their records are kept, and no one knows Tosormi and how it functions better than he.

The Empire Falls

As the Lomian Empire was thrown out of Tosormi as a result of the Celestial War, Namoh felt immense relief. He was now over a 100 years old and thought his work here was done. But it turns out that when you make deals with deities, you should make sure the demands are worded precisely. Shidar told him that this was not the end of the history of Tosormi and that he had promised Namoh he would live until then.

Heh, definitely should make sure that your deals with deities are precisely worded. Oops. I really like that it was guilt that motivated him. He seems like a good guy.
