High above their subjects, the Great Houses of Ust Natha hold their courts here. No low-caste Drow or outsider race is allowed beyond the Temple District, save for slaves. Any other who comes unaccompanied by a high-caste Drow vouching for their presence faces either a slow death or lifelong enslavement.
