Souldrinker

An ancient sword forged by a Drow Priestess of Lolth, Souldrinker is fueled by a malevolent Abyssal presence. Each living thing slain by a strike from Souldrinker has their soul pulled down into the River Styx, reformed as a Dretch in the Abyss. Lolth bestowed this weapon upon her people with the purpose of drawing souls away from Arvandor and Correlon's influence. However, the last Drow warrior to wield the blade was hunted down and slain by Elven heroes, and has been lost to both sides ever since.

Significance

Any surface Elf familiar with the weapon's history would revile it.
