Nezznara Bel'artyr (a.k.a. The Black Spider)
An outcast of Drow society, Nezznara (under the alias "The Black Spider") now serves the Matron Mother who vanquished her as an informant of activity on the surface above. She also has designs for carving out her own sphere of power, even from her position as exile.

An adherent to Lolth's ways, even if she curses the Goddess for spurning her. As it is for most Drow, to Nezznara, the existence of Lolth and the Dark Seladrine is not some mythical and metaphysical topic, but rather the influence of these beings had on everyday life was quite apparent to Nezznara throughout her life. She has met Drow who have ventured into the Demonweb Pits, and more still that have been visited by the Spider Queen in their meditations. Lolth never appeared to Nezznara herself, and is unlikely to until if and when she returns to the Underdark.
