A letter sent to the Order of the Scribe Headmaster, Sharamph Shuftharz  to gain the final peer review over the Arcane Energy - "Wave or Particle?" and make it an official theory of the Order of the Scribes.

Letter to Sharamph Shuftharz

Headmaster Sharamph, 
I have extensively reviewed alongside my Order approved colleagues that the work done by Bielkin Crystalmind and Kassandra Copeland in the arcane research of the T'elrov Band meets the Order's high standards and is ready to meet the Higher Scribe's Council   reckoning to become a full working theory in the Order of the Scribes laws. 
The scribes would like to put forth their research and experiments to form a working theory that the arcane energy within the T'elrov Band follows two different schemes and functions as both a "wave" and "particle" with the particle coexisting alongside the material plane in the ethereal plane.  
This letter is sent from the Order of the Scribes Research Hall in the Earth Genasi city of Gadenau in the The High Seas Archipelago   . The experiments are all operational for continual use in case the Higher Scribe's Council  wishes to send another team of Scribes to peer review the experiments and research done.
