Pteranodon Hosptial
Purpose / Function
During the Great War, a battalion of humans realized they would have the upper hand on opposing troops of they were in the air. After a little bit of experimenting, breeding a few animals, and magical help from the remaining Arches, these humans realized Pteranodons were their best option. Ignacia, the first Arch of Ignus even bestowed the gift of fire breath on these animals, a trait which was passed down to their decedents.
The riders soon learned that injury was unfortunately much more common than in ground forces, as flying fighters tended to be targeted first. It didn't take very long for the stables to be converted into a hospital.

Alterations
At first, the stables were simple pine wood, but it was soon discovered that wood buildings around sometimes temperamental creatures who could breathe fire was a bad idea. With the help of some Dwarves touched with Terra, the element of earth, more permanent structures were carved into a cliff side along the Synal Pass. The structures were enlarged once the stables became the home of injured Pteranodons and their riders, including soft beds for both and areas where medications could be mixed up or surgeries could be performed.
Architecture
The hospital is carved into the cliff side. Most of the healers are Lux, the element of light, users, and they take turns lighting most of the rooms if there are any inhabitants. There are also torches and candles, in case the healers need to use their energy for helping with the sick and injured.
