Inlet of Oros

The large inlet of water on the western side of Septentrionalis

Geography

The Inlet of Oros is a fairly shallow, warm sea. No merfolk live here permanently, but many tribes frequent the inlet to trade with the land dwellers. The inlet is dotted with shallow sandbars, making it dangerous for large trading ships to get close to the shore.

Natural Resources

The people in Ythal make regular treks to the inlet not only to trade with the visiting merfolk but also to catch large sea-dwelling fish that they can't get in the river.
