A creature is born of the Water when, before birth, it is exposed to high levels of Water Magic. Often a result of latent magic, a this is more common than other similar conditions due to the incident with the Untold Ocean.

Causes

Magic within blood too strong, starts to spill out to rest of body

Symptoms

Physical Symptoms

Blue skin of varying shades, deep blue eyes, blue hair.
Constantly wet, seems like sweat but is clean water, needs to drink more water than normal.

Mental Symptoms

Ever calm, judgement never affected by anger. Open to changing minds.

Magical Symptoms

Blooded Waterweaver
Calm, controlled nature of Waterweaving easier than most Aspects to conceal.

Treatment

There is no treatment for being Waterborn.

Prognosis

Condition stays stable for lifetime of afflicted creature.

Cultural Reception

Many fear and shun Waterborn, try to get them sent away to Spellweaver-controlling organisation if found. Midwives recommend abandoning.
