Naivis, Nation of
Naivis is the least populated of the four founding planets of the Council of Worlds. The planet is only nominally united under a single banner, with a council of chiefs deciding on planet-wide considerations and on the planet's agenda for meetings in the Council of Worlds. However, squabbling among peoples within Naivis is incredibly rare, due in part to the inconvenience of reaching each other historically. The people native to Naivis have a slow population growth rate, and immigration is highly restricted, meaning that the low amounts of land have yet to become an issue.
Naivis has only five cities of any size - Brina with 49k people, Naureth with 38k, Jutuna with 24k, Trirei with 11k, and finally Ashalor with 10k. The planet lacks a single capitol, though for historical and geographical reasons the official council building is located in Jutuna.
