The Western area of Thousand, Iron Spine borders The Torn Veil, a no-mans land of demonic activity held off by the armies of the high house itself. The buildings of Iron Spine tend to be plain and utilitarian, with splendour reserved for only the richest districts. It is heavily occupied by hobgoblins and it is not unusual to see soldiers both in uniform and off-duty on the streets.
Players have visited the following districts in Iron Spine:
Honghu Headquarters
Located central to Iron Spine territory, the main office and barracks of
House Honghu is not fancy but it is rather large.
Marching Orders
Far West of Iron Spine and right and close enough to the Torn Veil to see its ever-stormy skies, Marching Orders is where all Iron Spine soldiers pass through before venturing out into the demonic no-mans-land. The district is incredibly loud with the din of shouting soldiers, war drums and clanging metal from weaponsmiths. It is home to a temple to Rashindra where many soldiers seek her blessing.
Eversmoke
This district also borders the Torn Veil, though has a mountain range that protects it from any invasion. The district is named for the constant pillars of smoke rising from its many forges as smiths work tirelessly on arms and armour for the war effort. Most notably it houses the largest temple to Faistus outside of the Mountain Forge. Sekket came here and spoke to
Umau, a no-nonsense priestess.
