Golden Sun Territory

Central and Northern areas of Thousand, Golden Sun is the largest of all house territories and thus has more variance than any of the others. Districts range from rich to poor, splendid to ruined. Many of the older buildings show draconic motifs.   Players have visited the following districts in Golden Sun:

Star Market District

Central to Golden Sun, this trade hub boasts a unique star-shaped market building, hence the name. A variety of shops can be found here, as well as Moru's magic item shop, which draws in business from all around Thousand.   There is also an Imperial Guard precinct here in which Captain Yataiguo and his team can be found.

East Star Docks

East of Star Market, this bustling docks sees many gruff-looking sailors and traders, but the lights of boats on the water give it a certain prettiness. Nonetheless, the buildings of richer, nicer districts tower over the docks.   Azza's bar can be found here, a non-descript building that would be impossible to pick out if Kyto did not already know where to look. The bar is always quiet, too much so to still be in business.

Green Spires

In the Northern area of Golden Sun, near to Orchestra Forest. This lush, verdant district is small but remarkably tall due to the pagoda-like towers in which its denizens live, on which various trees and plants are cultivated. The higher up the tower one lives, the more prosperous they are. It has a higher elf (and half-elf) population than anywhere else in Thousand, and the elven mercenary company House Zhao make their headquarters here.

Sunview Slums

One of the poorest districts of Golden Sun. Ironically it has a perfect view of one of the richest - a gleaming gold palace in the distance in which the members of the high house themselves reside. Like all poor areas Sunview is rife with crime, mostly born from desperation.   A blue kobold gang used to live in this neighbourhood as well, but on investigating the group discovered they were either killed or committed mass suicide at the behest of their 'prophet' Mujina.

West Residences

The West of Golden Sun where the city proper thins out to poorer residential areas and farmland, before merging into Iron Spine territory. There is little of note here except Setsuna's shop, a small unassuming shed tucked between buildings.

Easy Breeze District

Quite central in Golden Sun, this district houses the largest and busiest temple to Karada and is especially popular with families.
