Personal history
Madame Poulet is a small gold loving Kenku hailing from the far south. Her tribe fervently practised the arts of Voodoo and Hoodoo to learn how to break their curse. Madame Poulet chose to venture out into the world for reasons unknown and used her tribe's knowledge to earn her keep.
Over the years she displayed her immense intelligence as she specialised in casting and lifting curses as well as accurate fortune-telling. She gradually made a name for herself and many kings, heroes and villains sought her out for her aid. Because of this, she got involved with several battles and wars and eventually drew the attention of the Morrigan.
The Morrigan, as a triple goddess associated with crows, wars and prophecy, took a liking to the little 'crow person' who meddled in wars and was able to turn the tides with a well-placed curse or curse removal.
After quite a long time, at the age of 43, Madame Poulet chose to settle down and set up shop, Madame Poulet's, in Northbark. With the help of the Morrigan, who actively promoted her business to their own temples, she quickly gained notoriety for her accurate fortune-telling and knowledge of curses.

Taboos
Do not call this kenku an oracle. she finds it offending as those fools perform their services for free. Gaining the title of and oracle would send the wrong message to customers.
Don't ask her for favour's either, or offer to pay in the form of service. In Madame Poulet's eyes, nothing is as valuable as gold and other valuables. She may, however, be willing to give a discount under special circumstances.

Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Madame Poulet is driven almost entirely by the promise of gold or other valuables. As such she's allied to none and doesn't judge people harshly. Except if their dirt-poor, because then what are you doing in her shop?
Vices & Personality flaws
Like all kenku, Madame Poulet has an almost irresistible desire for valuables. In front of a sufficiently big heap of treasure, she won't think twice on the morality of fulfilling a request.
Personality Quirks
Madame Poulet is extremely intelligent as demonstrated by her pure skills. But it is also demonstrated in her way of speaking. Instead of using large snippets of phrases to hold a conversation, resulting in three or four voices per sentence, her voice is like a cacophony of different voices she's heard over the course of her life, changing each syllable.
She also likes to speak in rhyme even if it is completely unnecessary and will tack on extra words to a single sentence just to make it feel complete.
