Rope throw check (I used Athletics with a DC 5 given the situation.)
- We completed session 0 and created our characters.
- We started session 1!
- The party lashed together a raft, saved a rope, a net, a bluejackets manual and a donkey.
- The party named the donkey Flotsam or JJ (Jeffery Junior).
- The party battled a Giant Octopus and killed it. Saved some of the meat. Learned it was okay to eat if cooked.
- Camped on the beach above the high tide line. Enjoyed grilled calamari for dinner.
- Four watches and nothing happened. The party got a good, full night's rest.
- Presumably no rations consumed since they had Giant Octopus for dinner.
- Oriented approximately where the party was in relation to Glamshire.
- Party believes if they travel West, they should eventually hit Tumbling Boar Road.
- Started traveling West.
- Encountered quicksand. Lived. Resumed travel.

Glamshire is led by a council of 7 village elders. These council people serve for a 3 year term with replacement elections every year. The number of council people being elected can vary based on term expirations, deaths, etc. Council members can serve up to 3 times during their lifetime, but never multiple times in a row.
