Slough Fever

Slough Fever is a condition that slowly causes the skin to loosen and eventually begin to separate from the body.
A very painful death will follow if not treated.

Transmission & Vectors

Direct skin contact is required. it is unknown how soon one becomes infected and is transmitting themselves.

Causes

The origins are unknown but the disease has been written about for centuries.

Symptoms

Sweating, dehydration, skin loosening and eventually a painful, coughing death.

Treatment

A high level cleric may cure the disease if some sort of medicinal recipe can't be made.

Prevention

Caution when approaching unknown bodies or their possessions. Wearing gloves can deter transmission providing they are cleaned or disposed of before touching anything else.
