Jeremy grew up in Esterholt but didn't have any special skills so working as a hired thug seemed like the only way to make a living.

Jeremy was hired by Cecil after Group 3 roughed up his original gang. After Cecil was killed by Briahna, Jeremy was allowed to flee and disappeared for a couple of years.
Arc 2
Jeremy reappears in Episode 3 working as a host at the Pounce and Claw restaurant.
