General Summary

13th of Fara'ure
Traveling out of Aubrey, Maddy and Amvin catch up on some of his history after he left the city. Near sunset, Aster and Masoka spot something off the road partially hidden. A black windowless wagon with gold trim sits conspicuously alone. Maddy recognizes some markings of the Countess, an old vampire who loves in a castle overlooking the city of Donhurst. The group approaches cautiously, but after Maddy mentions that the Countess is a vampire, Uboh blasts the cart with Erupting Earth, causing the wagon to lurch and setting off nearly a hundred vials of Alchemist's Fire inside, set as a trap. Unfortunately for everyone, Masoka was near the door to pick the lock and Amvin had stepped closer to check for magic, both died immediately in the blast, while everyone else was thrown back a distance. Maddy and Donovan rush to Masoka, finding him unresponsive. checking on Amvin, Maddy finds the same scene but worse. it would appear Amvin had a vial of wizards fire on his person which may have also set off and burned him beyond recognition. . Maddy puts the fure on Amvin out while Aster tries to work on putting out the fire in the whole area. When healed, the group heads back to Aubrey to find help. They run into Clarrisa Edmon first, who gathers them in a back room with a radical idea and a blood magic book. Most agree that it is a horrible plan so Donovan steps up, backed up by Kirkland and hatches a plan to resurrect Masoka, using Kirkland's powers, using Donovan as a conduit. After some rest, Donovan steps up and without flaw, resurrects Masoka back to the world of the living. Amvin's option may have to wait for another discussion. 14th of Fara'ure
