Arc 1 - Episode #130

Until We Meet Again

General Summary

The group begins to stir around the house early in the morning after arriving back in Esterholt. A knock on the door brings Jadzia out to answer it, discovering Julie on the other side. Julie is invited in and begins to show everyone a book she found detailing an ancient library in the Hazaan Mountains that may have information to help with the coming confrontation. Surprisingly, Calluna is able to translate the ancient Elvish text and basic plans are put in place to make the trip. Julie also asks for Una to come see her when she returns to the house, which she does.Julie explains that she needs Una's help to investigate a temple of Vecna to recover a relic that may be there. Una reluctantly agrees to go, and returns to the house to inform the group.

Drinks are shared and goodbyes are said, and Jadzia and Vallus inform the others that they too, will not be going on the trip to the Hazaan Mountains. They agree to travel to Brightport to return Amarah home and to tell Tessia about their marriage but they are officially retiring from the adventuring life.

For the last time, the party climbs onto Amarah and lands in Brightport with little issue. David greets the group and brings them to see Tessia once the dragon has gone inside.

Tessia excitedly greets the travelers and after a brief chat, Marrek silently motions to the rings Vallus and Jadzia now wear, leading Tessia to take them into her office for a private chat. They explain their short engagement and surprise wedding, which is taken in stride by Tessia,

Afterwards, Calluna, Marrek and Khoury debate their future without three important group members and the newlyweds begin their ride home to begin their new life together.
