The Palace of the Prince of Frost

Located within the far reaches of the barren and frozen tundras of the far west Feylands, a massive spire of ice and eerie blue light protrudes from the depths of a massive crevasse. This is the palace of the Prince of Frost, the cold and calculating Archfey of the Feywild. From these halls of ice and cold stone, the Prince gathers his countless Warlocks, researches magic and alchemy, and mines valuable mineral components from the Rainbow-Crossed Mines below the main structure of the palace. From here the Prince of Frosts plans all of his conquests, recruits most of his Warlocks, and invites all of his upstanding and powerful guests.

Demographics

The inhabitants of the Palace of the Prince of frost are divided into two groups: Warlocks of the Prince of Frost and guests / friends of the Prince of Frost. Guests usually have higher standing than Warlocks, but both are highly respected by the Prince of Frost and treated exuberantly.

Government

The Prince of Frost acts as the sole governor and ruler of his palace, and he alone dictates how it is to be used. For example, Alkhim Delyn, the chief alchemist of the Prince of frost, has no jurisdiction over alchemical or magical experiments unless the Prince deems it so. The only case that may act as an exception to this rule is Raduga, the mining foreman of the Rainbow-Crossed Mines. Raduga, who is an ancient white dragon, cofounder of the palace, and a very good friend of the Prince has slightly more jurisdiction than the Prince when it comes to the excavation of minerals from the mines below the palace.

Defences

At all times, at least half of the Prince's of Frost's total warlocks are either in the palace or at it's immediate disposal, meaning that those warlocks are on call to defend their master's abode if necessary.

Infrastructure

The Palace of the prince of Frosts acts as a home base to Prince of Frost's and subsequentially all of his warlocks' endeavors to further his will. For these purposes, the palace has dedicated training grounds, a massive alchemical and magical storage room in the form of a pocket dimension, an extensive library, and a dimensional multiportal. The mines underneath the palace were added 200 years after the palace's original creation.

Assets

Under Alkhim Delyn's guidance, the palace contains countless mundane and experimental magical items, potions, and the like within the library's magican and alchemical storage room.   Under Vela Razum's knowledge, the palace contains countless literary resources concerning magic, alchemy, geography, culture, and much more within the palace's library.   Under Lena Atok's prowess, the palace contains any nonmagical weapon that could be dreamed of and many magical weapons within the palace's armory and training grounds.
