The Bed of Roses

The Bed of Roses is a beautiful blooming meadow at the base of Mount Karar'at. An enormous graveyard of fallen Khazanian soldier lies here, and these graves are reserved for only the most elite of warriors. It is said that the souls of these great Khazanian warriors reside here, and have all the earthly pleasures they could ever desire. Hundreds of flower species bloom at The Bed of Roses in the spring, and the families of fallen warriors visit this site and plant flowers as tribute to all the fallen warriors of Khazan. The Bed of Roses is also a highly cherished and protected landmark of the Khazanian people, as it represents all of the hardships that the nation has pushed through to make it to where they are. However, the Bed of Roses is despised by the Orcish nation of Ban-Rock-Buren. They see the mass burial of "honored" half-orcs, as to pure-blooded Orcs, Half-Orcs are mangy half-breeds.

Geography

The Bed of Roses is a beautiful blooming Meadow, filled completely hundreds of species of flowers carpeting the mossy ground. The meadow seems quite out of place, being completely surrounded by arid desert. However, the bed's unique ecosystem is sustained by Mount Karar'at and the River Karar'at flowing out of it. Much of the northern hilly section of the meadow is comnpletely blanking by graves of the glorious Khazanian dead, but the rest of The Bed of Roses is purposefully kept intact as to keep this sacred place unharmed by the Finite Races' hands.

Fauna & Flora

Both deciduous and coniferous trees prosper in the Bed of Roses, so the meadow would technically be considered a seasonal rainforest. Many invasive flowers species from all over the Wraith Globe bloom here, and have almost overwhelmed the entire ecosystem, but the Khazanian goverment has been taking measure to prevent this.
