Kutapika Moto

The barren slopes, the everflowing smoke and the soft roaring of the grounds are typical behaviors from Kutapika Moto. Even though the vulcano is still active, it has not erupted for a long time. The surrounding areas are full of cooled down lava and geysers are a common sight.
Kutapika Moto growls, as the people call it, every few years. Sometimes it spouts streams of lava. The people see them as good omens, as the grounds in the wide area are extremely fertile.
According to legend, underneath the mountain, a dragon is trapped in the ground with only it's mouth above ground, being the volcano. The day the dragon sets itself free, the world as we know it will end.
Other tales speak of a fire giantess, who hurls bolts of molten rock into the air. The giantess is waiting for the right moment to step into the world once more, bringing doom upon those who will stand against her.

Geography

Kutapika Moto is a strato vulcano, consisting of a very steep slope and barren grounds. Located in the north of Terramulta , it is the reason a dense population lives around in the area, despite the risks for an eruption.

Fauna & Flora

Not many lifeforms live on the vulcano itself, as there are little to no life sources available. However, life flourishes in the area around the vulcano. The lakes are full of fish, huge flocks of birds tend to land here and predators have targets in abundance.

The lava creates very fertile lands.

The Fire Giantess who, according to legend, resides underneath Kutapika Moto, waits to return to the surface to unleash her wrath upon the world.
