Werewolf

Note: The Way of the Saints considers this being and any knowledge surrounding it to be occult and therefore forbidden. Proceed with caution.

One of the rewards the gods are said to give their most faithful servants (always assumed to be human, in this case) is changing them into werewolves. Some modern occult practitioners seek out becoming these creatures and go through great lengths to discover the mechanism whereby they can gain this power.   That said, despite rumours and unconfirmed cases (usually due to the accused being executed first), werewolves have not been seen since the saints locked the gods and their servants in hell.

Basic Information

Dietary Needs and Habits

Human food mainly, but werewolves are also said to predate on the same animals wolves do. If they decide to eat domesticated animals, they will do so with greater cunning and understanding of humans than a wolf would.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Werewolves have greater strength, agility, and intelligence than humans, although this is much greater in their lupine form than their human form, and have at least a little inherent magic. It is said, however, that they can be killed with silver.   They are able to change into their lupine form at will, although they most often transform at night due to the fact that sunlight hurts their eyes. It is unclear exactly how close to a wolf their lupine form is, but some suggest that it depends on how powerful they are.   In addition to these abilities, they are capable of exacerbating fear in others and, according to some, have at least some ability to sense the emotions in others.
Lifespan
The same as humans or longer
