The world of the Guardian Dragon is a place where magic is both common and a rarity: it permiates the land, the seas, and the air, but only few people have the skill to harness its power. The world is also rich in what many scholars know as Gates, magical pathways that can take you from one place to another in an instant -- and sometimes, to a another world.
