Jesus Mass

Jesus Mass, also known as Dawnmass or the Celebration of Jesus, is the celebration of the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus Mass takes place on the day of the summer solstice, usually around June 21st.
The ritual itself involves rising with the dawn for a mass in either a Church of Jesus or a church where the sermon is delivered by a priest of Jesus. After the sermon is a celebratory feast. As with other large holidays, the sermon is often delivered two or three times so that everyone may hear it.
Jesus Mass is also the only French Mass that makes use of the communion.
