Gebuya la Christi

Gebuya of Gaul is the son of Jesus of Nazareth and Marie Magdalene of Bethany. He was born on Gaul after Magdalene fled the holy land. There is debate about whether Gebuya was conceived prior to the arrest of Jesus or after the resurrection of Jesus.   Gebuya grew up in wild Gaul and chose to follow the path of a celtic warrior. While Gebuya was raised as an early Christian by his mother and family, he was also greatly influenced by celtic pagan culture. He loved to fight, taking to the sword as if born to do so.   When he grew to young adulthood, he fought against other warlords to consolidate territory in Gaul and establish a small Christian nation. While his family members preached, he spread Christianity with his sword. However, while he spread the word of the gods, he also worked to incorporate local holidays and customs into his faith. He claimed Lammas, the first of the autumn festivals, as his own.   Gebuya is credited as one of the founders of the Church of France, although it would not truly break from the Church in Rome until several centuries after his death.   From heaven, Gebuya offers blessings and miracles to devoted warriors, granting them greater feats of strength or military prowess. He also patrons the harvest and those who prepare food - particularly bakers and others who handle wheat.
