Gumund

The Outpost of Gumund Was almost entirely destroyed by two forces. The Dragonborns of the Adrigonn Empire to the north and the Kalinaw Kingdom from the South East. The reason for these disputes is one it was created illegally in the Dragonborn's territory. The second reason is because they tried to break away or separate themselves from the Kalinaw Kingdom. It was eventually able to separate and become its own independent territory which is now run by vampires. It has become their Safe haven although to the most of the outside world it is just another part of the kingdom. Not many Go there because it is rumored to be such a desolate and infertile area. But in reality that is all a ruse. It should also be noted that they do not feed on their citizens who happen to not be vampires. They are not trying to make the world vampires they are just trying to have a place that they can call their own and rest. That is why it has been destroyed twice and that is why it has been rebuilt twice. It just so happened the land where it is located Has a calming affect on the soul. It also is rumored to be closely tied to Hades' Daughter their patreon goddess.

Government

It is ran by a Mayor. Who then has his own people to delegate other jobs. Since it is such a small area it does not require much government. It is a place where vampires can go to rest and not worry about being hunted down or become the scapegoat to the world's problems.
