Gnollmadic Gnoll Tribes

Eating is something all living creatures do. It is part of survival and it can be a joyous occasion but, for Gnolls it is a curse. Hungry can cause them to lose control and go on a feeding frenzy. Well that is what it was like, until Hades provided them a satisfaction and allow them to form and organized society of nomadic tribes that wander around Inspyra exploring and gathering knowledge. They now have a hungry for knowledge have set up traveling libraries sharing this knowledge.
Yeenoghu is still their patron deity but he now leads them to seek knowledge and stories. Now a days Gnolls will travel around from place to place trading their knowledge for other knowledge. This though has led to the persecution and hunting of Gnolls in many lands. The way and life of these nomadic tribes as they have been hunted down to near extinction due to the vast knowledge they know, the biggest offender of this has been the Kingdom of Kalinaw who wants to use this knowledge to conquer Inspyra.

Beauty Ideals

Beauty is really in the beholder (not that beholder) but the Gnoll society celebrates the uniqueness of the individual.

Gender Ideals

Gender is something of curiosity for Gnolls. Yes some Gnolls are born with male parts and others born with female but this doesn't force a Gnoll into certain roles or jobs.

Courtship Ideals

A typical courtship takes place when two traveling tribes meet. Their meeting could be by happenstance or a planned coming together. When two tribes do come together they have a big meal together and the Librarian (leader of any gender) will talk and go over possible match ups. After this they will talk to their prospects and see if the parties consent, if they do a wedding is planned and done before the tribes go their own way. Knowledge and story telling is also exchanged.

Relationship Ideals

Relationships are all about consent for the tribes. Relationships can also be between two of the same the same gender with no problem.
With other countries they keep as friendly as possible and although their traveling lands have shrunk most countries still let them come and go as they please.
