God

Gods are a race of creatures with extreme power who exist with all races of people. They can commonly take any form or type they wish and are always sentient when they do so.  Killing a god in the material world only destroys it's physical body, where it then returns to it's native plane of existence. 
Gods can dominate the will of lesser creatures and they are partially (but not completely) omniscient.
