The Reinhart Union - [LN] managed to avoid being seen by sentries posted at Fort Withall and along the Placid Meadows by using their ships to offload troops into the Boulder Woodland along with several trebuchet. The Union positioned its siege engines on the far side of the lake between the two peaks and attacked in the early hours to catch the most Silenars off guard.
With the Union entrenched they successfully kept the Kingdom's forces at bay and cut off for several weeks before forces pulled from other settlments could muster a strong enough attack to drive the Reinlanders back into the sea.
