Victor Fanton
Coordinator Victor Fanton (a.k.a. Oracle)
He is the strategist and the coordinator of the military operations of the Dwarves.
He is often seen trying to improve The Archives system, that he created to help the officers to follow and organize a field operation.
In 13987, the first version of what will later be called the Archive System was born.
The principal network is located in the Dwarf meeting room of Dhurtic.
A long story of failed inventions
Since a very young age, Victor is not a dwarf like the others. He cuts his hair, makes a short beard, and acts in a distinguished manner. Away from the others, he seeks to improve communication between the Dwarves and the rest of the world by creating an information transfer network. Victor is therefore looking at technology and desperately trying to build an entry terminal like the Werebeasts, without success. After several years of unsuccessful searches, Victor turned to magic after seeing Elven soldiers communicate by magic. Replacing some parts of his machine with magic pieces, he managed to achieve a result that was immediately noticed by a member of the court.
