Teleportation circles

Displaied in all the Theocracy of Homeca, the teleportation circles are magical technology compiled with classic technology. Each city is equipped xith a teleportation circle. It is used for army transport and sometimes convoys.
Technically, the circles doesn't need technology to be fonctionnal, but consoles and others interfaces make easier their utilisation.
