Sabeal Urac

Author of the book The Weather by the Gods is a meteorologist who conducts climate research in Anathema. He seeks to prove that without the intervention of the Ancestors, a large part of the world would be an arid desert.
He has mastered many magical spells and knows how to manipulate many magical tools to study the weather. Although he is a strong spell follower, he does not control an offensive spell and even if he did, he would not have participated in combat.
