MONS Unit

Directed by Catelyn Smith, the MONS unit is entirely composed of Half-humans. It intervenes when Half-Human threat people of the Principality of Rande.
Created three years ago, it's a way to get around the Inter-Species Exchange Program (The P.I.E.), because it forbids a human from hurting a Half-Human or vice versa.
