Tsepian
Tsepians are a distant people, and reserved. They are known to be loyal, and to offer their services readily in times of trouble, and to consider it shameful to ask for payment in return. Their skin is taupe/grey, and they often dress functionally, favoring shorter haircuts for grown women and men; and longer hairstyle regardless of gender, for children who do not yet work. In their society, an individual's first haircut is given on their first day of work, and there are a host of cultural politics which accompany this tradition. Adolescents with long hair may be seen as lazy or unmotivated. Contrarily, older Tsepians grow their hair again when they stop working, so the very elderly, both men and women often have very long hair - and short-haired elders are accorded the respect of having continued to contribute to their society long into their retiring years. Tsepians are known for their height, but not the breadth of their shoulders, and they often tower over those of other nationalities. Their hair is blond or black, and they often have blue or brown eyes. Tsepians have a great deal of respect for their ancestors, but do not worship them as gods, contrary to the popular belief of those from other nations.

Family names
Family names are derived from the first name of the families oldest known same-sex relative, so women and men have different names, and daughters and sons inherit the last name of their same-sex parent. To outsiders of Tsepian culture, all three names: first, middle and last, sound like first names, but Tsepians know the relative age of most names, and will be able to recognize which are older and which are newer or more popular.
Other names
An individual's middle name, if she is a female, should be the first name of her mother. An individual's middle name if he is male, should be the first name of his father.
