Water Roi Usage

Water Roi Usage allows those with a water chakra to attune their roi to liquids.
Those who have mastered this power in all its attributes are called Hydromancers.

Effect

• Physical Attribute: manipulation of nearby liquids.
• Mental Attribute: increases mental flexibility causing the target to process and accept information at a faster rate or making them incredibly open to suggestions or other mental attributes.
• Divine Attribute: grants the user to alter the structure of mater as they see fit. The user cannot transmute materials but they can alter the shape of materials into whatever they want and masters of this art can even alter the phase of matter an object is in with enough liquid. Complex targets might not work the same way once 

Side/Secondary Effects

Using the mental attribute carries a lot of risks. It allows the user to become "smarter" very quickly but inaccurate information can easily get stuck in the brain and be difficult to "unlearn," problematic behaviors and habits can also occur.

Manifestation

When using the Divine Attribute the Hydromancer must pour water on the desired object, the liquid will cover the target and begin to reshape them just like a liquid.
