Pillar's Meeting

Pillar Meeting is the capital of the Empire of Skyhold. It gets its name from the fact that the region is dotted with massive anciant stone pillars that reach up into the sky.

Geography

Pillar's Meeting is located in mountinus region with covered in a lush temprate forrest.. Natual rivers run through the region from some of the higher mountins. Pillar's Meeting itself is located on a hill inbetween two of the larger mountains: Mt. Heavinan and Mt. Helmice which is also a semi-active volcano.

Fauna & Flora

Most wildlife is consistant with wildlife found in temprate forrests: Wolves, Bears, Deer, Moutain Lions, Eagles, Sparrows, Fish, Otters, Pine, Fir, and Maple trees.
Just like humans animals can also manipulate Roi, however unlike humans, a single species will only have have one element. Birds will usually always have air type Roi. Fish and otters often have water type roi, Mountain Lions usually posses earth type roi that helps them climb moutains and trees. Some animals that hunt in more then one enviorment have can have an irregular roi type. For example some water fowl can have either a water roi type or an air roi type.
While animals can be born with a roi type that does not match their eviorment such as a fish getting a fire roi type. In most cases the creature does not survive for long in the wild.

Natural Resources

The Skyhold Empire owes much of its power to this location. While its capital city is in danger of the occasional avalanch or even some hazards inherent with living in the shadow of a semi-active volcano (smoke clouds, lava, earthquaks, etc.). The usage of roi decreases the danger somewhat. The Helmice volcano provides rich soil for farming and even a few metal deposits for mining. Mt. Heavenan provides plenty of fresh water and serves as a natual barrior from rival nations that live just beyond it.
Animals like deer, fish, and domesticated goats are also a reliable source of food.
