General Physical Condition

Jeannette is medium to slightly short, pale skinned, round faced, but extremely active physically. She will conduct meetings and conferences while performing walking, which also seems to stimulate her mind with new ideas.

Special abilities

Jeannette is a highly trained psionic empath. She is able to tell when someone is not being truthful or forthright and has been known to call that person out when she wanted to make her point of working towards the better good. In general, this isn't an issue with her constituents, but for those who haven't had previous contact with her, it can be painful if one is trying to hide something.

Personal history

Empress Jeannette was born and raised on Gail. A natural empath, she saw the hardships of life on a highly populated world and began work to better the conditions of the inhabitants at an early age. Where her family had been more nonchalant, when she was crowned empress, she began a campaign of bettering the lives of everyone on Gail. She set up discussions and conferences, most especially with the subsector capital on Frank system . During her 30 year (so far) reign, the starport has been upgraded from class D to class C, technology increased from TL 8 to TL 10, population has increased by about twenty percent, and overall quality of life has increased. The addition of a Ranger base has also helped to increase information exchange with the greater cluster community.

Education

Jeannette was educated by local tutors until she became empress when she expanded her educational outlook to embrace some of the local worlds with similar cultures or issues, such as Frank, Kina, RoseMarie, Heiden, and Rehn. She has not been afraid to limit herself to interstellar boundaries.
