Amélie is a French woman who works for the local newspaper of the tiny town Carré-de-ta-Grâce, Le Buzz, as a reporter and honorary columnist.

Recently, she decided to find the story of her life, not to follow the tragic end of senior journalist Joe Nash, whose greatest work had been about italian pasta, before leaving for his retirement trip.

One day, as she routinely returns home, she sees an unidentified object, a capsule tearing through the sky that falls hard to the ground, creating a crater in an open field after the impact.

Inside the vehicle was a dark-skinned, white-haired humanoid with pointed ears that, distressed, spoke in a strange language.
